Sometimes I have my best Ideas when I wake up hungover, before my eyes even open. One day in August I had the craving of delicious turkey dinner and stuffing all crammed together in a taco = Thanksgiving Tacos. Then I imagined what it would be like if you had a fight with turkeys on your hands and used them like boxing gloves and it made me laugh. So I decided to attempt both.
Due to the time and effort it would take to cook a turkey to make it so, we went for precooked chicken and it worked just as well. All it took was adding stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus, cheese, bacon, fresh garlic, nacho cheese sauce and a fist and my dream became a reality.
The real dream came together when I filled the taco, wrapped it in bacon and then baked it. Foodgasm in my face.
